Rebound racquet sports are a great way to build stamina and reaction speed. Forbes Magazine has claimed that Squash, the premier rebound sport, is the healthiest sport to play. The PSA (Professional Men's circuit) claims that Squash burns up to 1500 calories an hour. And who hasn't bashed a ball against a wall when they were young!

Football Fans in Training Make a Racket!

Edinburgh Sports Club kindly hosted an evening for our Football Fans in Training lads to go along and try their hand at racketball.

With the 12 week programme now over the guys are looking at other activities to keep themselves active and continue the great work they have achieved. FFIT coordinator Alan Gray looked after the group and showed them the ropes.
