Football Fans in Training Make a Racket! Edinburgh Sports Club kindly hosted an evening for our Football Fans in Training lads to go along and try their hand at racketball. With the 12 week programme now over the guys are looking at other activities to keep themselves active and continue the great work they have achieved. FFIT coordinator Alan Gray looked after the group and showed them the ropes. Racketball is a fantastic sport to get involved with and is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. It has less impact than squash and is a great way to have fun with friends whilst being active. The night was a great success with all the guys having a great time as well as getting a great workout! It was the first time on court for the majority of the guys and it was amazing to see how quickly they got the hang of it! Further details of where you can play can be found at www.scottishracketball.com. Click here to read the original article. |
